A person reads every message. If it's about someone you're setting Loquela up for, tell us the device and the two languages — it saves a round trip.
If you already use Loquela, the app shows it in Settings, under Help, as Your number. Quoting it helps us find you. Leave it empty if you do not have one — it is not a password and nothing needs it.
We reply to the email address you give here, usually within two working days.
